CME - Bulk-Loading Speed Dial Numbers

hello,

i'm configuring a CME 8.1 and implementing the Bulk-Loading Speed DialNumbers.

I followed the guide but there is something wrong.

there my configuration:

telephony-service

bulk-speed-dial list 6 flash:sd1.txt

bulk-speed-dial prefix #7

The sd1.txt has been created as template:

003,03355718718,Cassol,hide
004,03933378113,Certottica,hide

I think if the ephone1 user digits #73003 should call the number 03355718718 but after digit #7 i receive a fast busy.

Maybe some error in pots configuration?

Someone can help me?

you are right Paolo, but this new CME 8.X is getting me crazy ( Gui and Bulk Loading Speed Dial Numbers ).

I tried with 15.0(1) and found no problem. Try again maybe change prefix to something like 43 (4 is reserved for private numbering in Italy).

I tried Paolo with another prefix but nothing to do.

Did you create some pots about it?

Right now this is the bulk configuration:

bulk-speed-dial list 6 flash:sd1.txt
bulk-speed-dial prefix *7
max-conferences 8 gain -6

I've tried with 15.1(4)M and it works fine.

I made a mistake using the prefix and the list number.
