We have an old CME on a Cisco 2921 router.
A user is trying set his phone to call forward all calls to an external number.
It works when the call comes from an internal phone but fails when the call comes from an external number.
When it fails (external number), the call is not dropped (e.g. by the provider). The internal phone keeps ringing as if there is no callforward configured.
CME Version 10.0.
Any idea of why this happens?
