CME Call Park

Hello,

I trying to park some call but is not working i receive a message at the IP Phone that the park destiny is not available

My config:

The title of your post says Pickup but appears you are having issues with Call Park.

According to your configuration you have configured the Directed Call Park not the basic call park.

park-slot directed timeout 20 limit 5

The process to park the call for directed call park is by pressing the transfer key and then transferring the call to the park extension (4001 or 4002) and to retrieve call you have to press a fac standard or custom which you need to configure.
