CME call transfer

Hi

My name is Thejas.

I have small query regarding with CCME call transfer. Here we are using CME 4.2.

I want to know is it possible to transfer a call with consultation if the second line is busy.

If it is possible kindly give me a solution for that.

Hi,

No, if you have a call on hold, a second call will be transferred directly.

The workaround is to place call to park instead of hold, this way you will be able to transfer consultatively.

Also, CME 4.3 had octo-line DNs, that could help as well.
