Does CME have CDR repository. Can we get Failed call logs in CME without re-creating issue.
Customer faced an issue in CME setup.
1. Internal calls were working fine.
2. PSTN calls were failing for some time.
3. Calls over SIP trunks were failing for some time.
4. During issue one Conference Now call was already in progress and 7 participants were on call. They didnt didnt face any issue. Conference bridge is hosted at different location and both locations are connected over SIP trunk.
Issue resolved automatically in sometime.
We want to find the root cause. How can this be done.
Please help.
