CME CDR Customize Accounting Template issue

hi all ,

i have already configured CDR file accounting on my GW Cisco 2811 using FTP server , i can get the file record but i uploaded a template to customize the output attributes , but it's not working.

Notes:

1. Cisco 2811 , with IOS c2800nm-ipvoice_ivs-mz.151-2.T1_2.bin

2. Router configuration :

#gw-accounting file

#acct-template cdr

#primary ftp 192.168.1.24/CDR username cisco password cisco

#maximum buffer-size  40

#maximum retry-count 3

#maximum cdrflush-timer 1

#cdr-format compact

CDR template cdr is running

    url: tftp://192.168.1.4/cdr.cdr

    The last load was successful.

Totally 3 attrs defined.

4. the output before apply Template is

5. the output after applying Template is the same no change after applying template

why there is no change after applying template ????

Hi Hassan,

Detailed records have 123 entries , compact has 22 entries, while filterable are 97 which

you can specify in the custom file.

Other entries are compulsory and would still be present.

So the logic is :

If detailed is selected and custom template is being used , out of 123 you have option to

filter 97 entries.

If compact is being used you have an option to remove the ones present in the list of 97

from the 22 entries present in compact mode.

    Totally 97 attributes are filterable.

So according to your configuration, you have used compact and you have defined 3 attributes.

So total attributes will be 25 that you will see in your excel sheet.
