I have a CME setup. When i make a call and get an automated service saying "dial one for.... dial two for....." it doesn't recognize when I press 'one' or 'two'...

What am i missing?

What is this functionality called?

Sounds like your DTMF method is incorrect on your dial-peers. Please provide "sh run" from the CME router, and explain what trunk type you are using: SIP, PRI, FXO?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the response, good to know its called DTMF! I'm reluctant to release the configuration for the router because of where it used. Is it possiable you can advise a specific section that would help?

Cheers, Tom.
