We use CME. When users attempt to place an outbound call, they only have approximetly four seconds to complete the 10 digit dailing. Beyound four seconds, a busy signal is generated, thus, unable to place the call.We obviously need to make an adjustment, thus, giving more time to the Users, to successfully place calls. Any insight on CME configuaration would be helpful and very much appreciated. Thanks!

Try this
telephony-service
timeouts interdigit xxx
increase the interdigit time as you required. replace the xxx with vlaue in sec

Take a look at your dial peers for overlapping.
You might need to add a T to the shortest pattern to allow more digits to be dialed.

Although it looked promising ( injecting the T into the dial pattern), the T did not make an impact - the timeout is too soon and the busy signal prevals. This is the subject dial-peer;
dial-peer voice 110 pots
trunkgroup FXO-OUTBOUND
corlist outgoing ld-call
destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9]......
forward-digits 11
This is one of the modified versions I tried;
dial-peer voice 110 pots
trunkgroup FXO-OUTBOUND
corlist outgoing ld-call
destination-pattern 91209T
forward-digits 11
Also tried it with;
destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9].....T
destination-pattern 91[2-9]T
destination-pattern 91[2-9]55[2-9]55555T
All instances had no sign of delay. Is there something I may have missed?
Thank you for the pointers.

One other thing......you mention to look for dial peers overlapping. Can you expand on that note? I'm not exactly clear what to look for? ( unless you mean to look for dulpicate dial-patterns?)
