CME encounters internal software error

Hi Cisco,

 

Blessed day!

Please help us to fixed this error. We have already upgraded our CME (3945) to version 15.4(3)M9 but still getting an error of this:

 

002146: Jun 3 09:37:21.731: %VOICE_IEC-3-GW: CCAPI: Internal Error (Software Error): IEC=1.1.180.1.13.114 on callID 215 GUID=79C192C6660511E88012CCEF48818A00

002148: Jun 3 09:37:31.847: %VOICE_IEC-3-GW: CCAPI: Internal Error (Software Error): IEC=1.1.180.1.13.114 on callID 223 GUID=8381EA97660511E88213F0470E572763
002149: Jun 3 09:37:39.623: %VOICE_IEC-3-GW: CCAPI: Internal Error (Software Error): IEC=1.1.180.1.13.114 on callID 224 GUID=84760D9E660511E88013CCEF48818A00

what version is this?  have you tried an upgrade?

Do you have any issues related to calls, audio etc ? If not, you can disable these with a "no voice iec syslog" global command. If you are facing issues with calls, then we need additional logs to troubleshoot the underlying problem.
