cme hunt group not working for sip phones

We configured 3 hunt groups in cme with sip phones 7821, any phone ringing in group1 that expires the timeout have to be transfered to phones from group2, and after another timeout be transfered to group3, and in another timeout be transfered to group1 again, and so on. But it is not working, how do we fix it?

The parallel hunt group looks to be configured properly

voice hunt-group 1 parallel
 final 9968
 list 9950,9951,9952,9955,9966,9977,9988
 timeout 60
 pilot 9967
 description berkana1
 name berkana1

voice hunt-group 2 parallel
 final 9969
 list 9992,9993,9994,9995,9996,9997,9998
 timeout 60
 pilot 9968
 description berkana2
 name berkana2

voice hunt-group 3 parallel
 final 9967
 list 9956,9958,9959,9960,9961,9962,9990
 timeout 60
 pilot 9969
 description berkana3
 name berkana3

However, when you say it is not working , what exactly does it mean, does the call only stay within the first hunt group or does it not ring even the first hunt group members?

Thank you, you are right, the config is OK, the customer was making something wrong on tests, now we tested and it is OK, thanks a lot.
