CME Hunt Group Timer Issues

Hi, I have attempted to enter the following commands from cli under CME voice hunt group config but rejected with - invlaid input screen message:

max-timeout

timeout 5, 5

please see the config extract + attached screen shots for show version, show telephony service and screen errors.

I would be most grateful for any help or insight into this problem.

The two commands you mention are valid when using ephone-hunt configuration (SCCP phones only), but not in voice hunt-group config (SCCP, SIP, PSTN, etc.).

The two commands you mention are valid when using ephone-hunt configuration (SCCP phones only), but not in voice hunt-group config (SCCP, SIP, PSTN, etc.).

Hi John,

EDIT: +5 to my friend Brandon for his great tips here!

On the first error screen I think the problem is with the word Max and on the second error screen I think the error is with the comma between 5,5. Can you try;

(config-voice-hunt-group)# timeout 5
