CME increase wait time when transferring calls

Hello

I wonder is someone can help me. We use CME in our company and our users are complaining the wait time is not adequate when transferring calls. For example while they are in the process of transferring the calls and getting details of the person where the calls need to be transferred the. The original call comes back and they have tell the caller to wait. 

Is there any way to increase the wait time in CME so the operator has more time to transfer the call?

Looks like you are using transfer recall. Try the below command on ephone-dn or telephony service:

timeouts transfer-recall X - X is in seconds

Hello Guys,

 

Thanks for your answers but this hasn't fixed the issue. The call is actually taken by the attendant and he\she click the transfer button to look for the appropriate person. It is the hold time that expires quicker than desired.

You can increase the interdigit timeout value, so that the user has more time before they have to dial a digit.

 

telephony-service

timeouts interdigit "1 - 120 seconds"
