CME LPCOR Weird Behaviour

Hi Guys,

We have  setup a LPCOR on CME 9.1. And initial testing went successfully passed. Below is the work flows.

1. user press "9" to obtain the PSTN line and input the number that they want to reach.

2. CME prompt for user-code.

3. user input user-code (123).

4. CME prompt for pin-code.

5. user input pin-code (456).

6. supposingly the call will get thru and ring to external party, but however, the phone just disconnect the call immediately.

We confirm that all the user-code and user-pin we input are correct. Below is the snipplet.
