CME - MWI not working on internal calls

Hi,

I have 2821 CME witn NM-CUE runing on 3.2.1 having MWI issues on internal calls only. When I call internally to another phone in the office and leave a voice mail – their light indicator is not going on.

Update both router and CUE, configure unsolicted notify, that works well.

Thank you for the reply, by update you mean to upgrade codes on CME & CUE, to configure unsolicted notify you need to add SIP configuration, I am not doing SIP in my router, does it matter ? will mwi-server ipv4 address be cue or cme ?
