Hi
I have CME and Cyberdata Paging Server . I can from IP Phone dial Paging server and hear my voice on Cyberdata Speakers, but the problem there is noise with my voice on speaker when vendor check the Log. It was CME send Comfort Noise to the CyberData Paging Server and CyberData devices do not support Comfort Noise. How I can disable Comfort Noise Generation (CNG) being sent to the Paging Server from CME
-BTW the paging server registered in CME as any IP Phone:-

voice register pool 20
id mac 0020.F874.E444

Hi,
Under voice register pool, disable VAD. This should stop the generation of comfort noise.
