CME phone number length

I am working on a CME system where we are running into an issue where when the user calls a number with a total of 15 digits then the system drops the final digit. Example, when the user dials 001519123456789 the system only accepts 00151912345678. I have made sure I have dial peers, but even on the phone display you see the last number dropped.

The router is a 2911 running c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M4.bin.

I have attached the configuration from CME as well.

Has anyone ever run into anything like this?

Thanks,

Michael

I have attached the output of the debug. I tried to call 001551981689797 and the system only accepted 00155198168979.

Hi Michael,

from what I can see in your debug output, you dial 00155198168979 and the gateway matches dialpeer 1059 which is configured to send 13 digits only.

The result is that the gateway sends out 0155198168979 without the leading 0

Try to configure "forward digits all" on that dialpeer and let me know if the call goes through.

Carlos,

I made the change to do forward digits all and I am getting the same behavior. The final number is dropped when the called number is longer than 14 digits in total length.

Thanks,

Michael
