Hi all
I have multiple queues set up in my CME, all working fine - each one terminating to a single ephone-dn
The problem I have is that even though the ephone-dn has been added to a pickup group, persons within that pickup group cannot pull a call from the queue (to help the relevant person out)
Is there a way to do this?

if the user is in the same group , ideally all the phones should get a notification
is the user seeing the call and not able to answer ?
what error does it show on the phone

I'm talking about a pickup group (being able to answer ringing phone 1 from phone 2), not a hunt group
