CME dos not support the full Cisco architecture for IPhone integration, that is quite complex and expensive, requiring a lot of additional components to Cisco CM.
However, any competent Cisco Voice engineener will be able to integrate the iPhones for basic calls with CME, and VPN to the office LAN, using free or cheap iPhone apps.
A 2811 router is enough to do all you want to do. Please note, the most important thing is that you locate a reliable Cisco partner or consultant. If you attempt to do this yourself that will cause endless frustration and poor results.
