CME SIP phones unable to call outside during a few minutes of the day

Hello all,

I have a mistery on my IP SIP phone which happens everyday at a determined hour.

I cannot place external calls from the SIP phones and cannot receive.

The SCCP phones work during this outage normally.

I have configured:

allow-connections h323 to h323
allow-connections h323 to sip
allow-connections sip to h323
allow-connections sip to sip

At the outage time, can you elaborate more on this ?

1) internally SIP Phone to SIP Phone working ?

2) SIP Phone to SCCP Phone working ?

Call flow is : 

SIP Phone ---- CCM --- CUBE/H323/MGCP ---- ISDN/SIP/FXO ?

This will let me know what kind of logs to collect so we can know what is the problem
