Hi team, as title say,
cme-srst: Registered, Not In Use. each time we reboot the router this is preventing the phones can register again when the router reboot, when we re issue the command no max-ephones and max-ephones everything works again and the state of cme-srst is Registered, In Use.

Is config being saved. When you reboot and phones will not register, does the configuration show the proper max-ephones command?

Hi THanks for the replay,
Yes, we are saving the config, yes when we reboot the router and execute the command show telephony-service license, the status of cme-srst is registered, Not in use, when we execute the command no max-ephones and then max-ephones the state of cme-srst change to Registered, In Use.
we are booting the router with the tecnology-packages uck9, please check some screen shoots. we are taking into account to save the config
