CME to CUE call not terminating when caller hangs up

Hi,

we have Cisco Unity Express (8.6.11) running on an ISM Module inside a CME 10.5 router (2921 ISRG2), which is connected to the POTS via an VIC2-4FXO adapter.

We created a simple menu in CUE, which is basically about selecting a department by sending a DMTF tone; so when the caller pressed "1" CUE will transfer the call to a hunt group or a single extension.

Everything is working fine so far, but we have one problem:

If the caller hangs up after CUE has initiated the transfer to the extension, it continues to ring infinitely, until someone picks up the "call" (which of course is dead then).

Please add cptone XX under voice-port 0/0/0 as per country and test.

Hello Heinz, Pease add "timeouts wait-release 1" under voice port as well and try once.
