CME Transfer Call system blind

Hi!

I would like to know if it's possible to  make transfer after calling outside without waiting an anser from the other side

receptioneist--> call a 9T number {transfer without waiting to anser}-->local number

So what happens when you tried it? Did the call disconnect or do you get a busy tone?

When you wait for the call to connect before transferring does it work?

the transfer button apear after the call ansered

if the call connected the transfer work fin. but i want to transfert the call before te call is connected

Ok I uderstand what th problem is. After looking at it more, I can confirm that this is not possible..

The table below shows the call state and the soft keys that are available. So the transfer key is not available until the call is connected. So sorry you cant do this
