Hello Team,
Here is our scenario ,
CME-------------UCM-------MGCP GW with PRI
Here we want make the call from cme to outside organisation(PSTN),which should use the same PRI in HQ.
we have configured the VoIP dial peer and pointed to call manager but call is not going to outside.
if we are missing something and please suggest the same.

Please check version of IOS on your router.If it is above than 15.x may be it is Tall-Fraud prevention (security feature)
You should permit ip address from which calls are coming (Your CME VOIP interface) on router. Configuration as
Voice service voip
Ip address trusted list
ipv4 x.x.x.x
Otherwise U can configure settings so that CME will call via UCM (in my opinion it so more clear and secure)

Hello,
Please note that we can able to make the call from CME to UCM as well as UCM to CME ,
internal calls are working perfectly.

Hello Emil,
Still the same issue after dialing 4 Digits getting message from the IP phone.
Also not showing any ccsip calls in system

I mean You can configure UCM and CME so, that CME IP Phone call to outside it works so
CME - UCM - E1 on another router
