CME User with Two Devices (Hard and Soft phone) - FL-CCME-25= Question

Hello,

If a single user has a hard and soft phone with appropriate user license for each endpoint will this require 1 x Feature_License user or x 2? I presume 1 but I could not find difinitive documentation.

Hi, when you activate a phone/softphone using

ephone  10

mac-address XXXX.XXXX.XXXX

type Y

button  1:10

Your are using 1 license.

So, if you are using a hard phone and a soft phone, you are using 2 license.
