CME ver10 issue....Incoming calls ID missing

Hello everyone, I have a special situation on a CME ver 10 platform using Cisco 78XX Ip phones.

When any  user receives incoming calls from PSTN, they can see external Calling number identification, but once they put an incoming call on hold and retake it they lose Calling number information (the Ip Phone only shows users's DN ID).

This is a very hard problem for receptionist, because she is always managing more than 2 calls at the same time, and she is unable to identify the "on hold" calls.

Here I am attaching my router's config, but here you have only Receptionist's Ip Phone information:

Hello,

What is the call-flow? Is call is coming over  PRI/FXO/SIP trunk? do you have any debugs for this call yet collected?

Regards

Ramneeka

Hi Ramneka !

The PSTN access is through a SIP trunk ( as you can see on attached file).

I am planning to visit customer to collect proper debugs during tests call.

Best regards !

Hi,

Try to enable moved-temporary and refer header in your CME config and test
