Hello everyone, I have a special situation on a CME ver 10 platform using Cisco 78XX Ip phones.
When any user receives incoming calls from PSTN, they can see external Calling number identification, but once they put an incoming call on hold and retake it they lose Calling number information (the Ip Phone only shows users's DN ID).
This is a very hard problem for receptionist, because she is always managing more than 2 calls at the same time, and she is unable to identify the "on hold" calls.
Here I am attaching my router's config, but here you have only Receptionist's Ip Phone information:
voice register dn 1
call-forward b2bua busy 399
call-forward b2bua noan 399 timeout 120
name Reception RECEPTIONIST
label Reception RECEPTIONIST
voice register pool 1
id mac 547C.69D6.EDB6
number 1 dn 1
username cisco password @@#
voice register global
source-address 10.2.50.254 port 5060

Do you know what can be missing here?
Hi Ramneka !
The PSTN access is through a SIP trunk ( as you can see on attached file).
I am planning to visit customer to collect proper debugs during tests call.
Best regards !
