please, we want to integrate our Cisco CME with microsoft Lyn/Mediation Server.
Please, what do i need to configure on the Cisco CME?

Hi,
You need to configure SIP trunk and appropriate dial-peer on cme.
but pay attention if you have Lync redundancy create one dial-peer per Lync node. incoming and outgoing.

I have config on cme side. But not Lync side(
