I have a customer with a requirement of playing an after hours audio message on their CME system and then diverting the call to an extension.
I take it it can be done using the CME B-ACD and Tcl Call-Handling Applications .... Please could someone paste a sample configuratio to accomplish this ?
I'm not a TCL expert, so can't help you with this, however if you have Unity Express as your voicemail system, this is the kind of thing you can do very very easily and happy to share some config examples of that.
