Hi,
I've upgraded my ISR to 8.6 to get video working on the 9951's I have. I have configured it in voice register global (and on the pool's themselves) but I know I missing more; like buttons, can someone point me in the right direction for documentaion on this, or let me know what's needed.
Again it's CME 8.6 with 9951's (build in cameras)

Ok, So Cisco was able to point me to the correct CME information and I was just missing the apply-
config command. Now I get a black screen on the phones in a call but the video camera in the corner has a line through it - no video.
When I debug ephone video I see nothing, so I could use a little more help.

Might have figured it out, I'm guessing my PoE switch won't support the phone and camera (only 15W) and I see the phone needs 25.5 at least. I'll try to rustle up a cube-4 and see if that fixes everything.
The trigger was the phones powered up and then told me they could not support (power) the accessory (camera).
Will post when powered up (need more power captain)
