Communication failure on Honeywell alarm line

Hi,

In one of our sites/cluster, a user complained that they received a communication failure on the Honeywell alarm line. But, the user doesn't know to which phone number the alarm is tied to. We are also finding a hard time figuring out the phone number/extension. The only thing the user has provided us is the reference number on the plug which says "V-1129".

Does anyone has an idea how to find the phone line to which the alarm is tied to with this reference number? If yes, please let me know.

Also, after finding the phone line, how to verify or check why the communication failure happened?

Could you give more details?

For example where this line is conected? What type of interface? The line is conected to a Voice Gateway?

You have a CUCM Cluster?

What you mean wtih a communication failure?

This alarm is like a bat phone?
