Upgraded our 10.5 to 11.5 on our cluster and for some reason the Self Care Portal is giving a 404 Resource is not available error.
Has anyone experienced this?
What underlying service does that page use? (I assume Tomcat with another service)
The Self Care Portal works on both Subscribers that we upgraded.

try restarting "Web dialer service" on the node.
log a TAC case, there might be a chance that "ucmuser or ucmuser.war" might be missing from the tomcat/webapss dir.
Is the error happens when you acees this page https://<Unified-CM_Server_IP_Address>/ucmuser/ ?
Or when you are trying to login to this page.
Please try restarting CTI manager and Cisco Tomcat service.
Can you post the snapshot of error.
It should say like e.g
"HTTP Status 404 - /webdialer/Webdialer
HTTP status 404- /ccmadmin/
type status report
Description: The requested resource (ccmadmin/) is not available.
