Compatibility with Attendant Console of CUCM 6.X on Window 7

                   We are Currently Using Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) Version 6.x. and we are moving to Window 7 , I want to know Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console will work on Window 7 or not ?

Note : As I tested Attendant Console of CUCM 6.X on Window 7 , I am not able to see the incoming calls in console.

Hi,

The old CUCM attendant console was only release and tested up to windows XP service pack 2.

Attendant console was dropped in CUCM 7

You are probably hitting a firewall issue on your Windows 7 PC.

See if you can allow the programme Attendant console to be unblocked by the PC firewall.
