CONFERENCE_CALL_REQ Issue with phones versions 7841 & 7821

We are currently trying to perform conference calls using the API call "CONFERENCE_CALL_REQ" from "CTI Server Message Reference Guide(Protocol Version 24) for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Release 12.6(1)"

This conference request works fine for most of the phones but when trying to place a conference to a Cisco Phone version 7841 or 7821, we receive a generic error:

FailureCode: CF_GENERIC_OPERATION (1)

PeripheralErrorCode: 20001

Not much to go on, just wondering if anyone has come across this in their travels?

Note: This scenario works fine when tested with Finesse

Dont think Cisco encourage that. Cant delete. Seems like a sensible request to Cisco

Thank you Ratheesh - I would assume there would have a few newbies not knowing what they are doing on here... I just set it to resolved for now so people will not add.
