conference calls Cisco CM 8.6

is it possible to program a phone with a line that can call pultiple devices at the same time?  i need to be able to select a line and it initiate a call to 10+ users.  is this something that can be programmed to a 7962/7965 series phone, or would i need the attendant console software.

Not possible, either you join them in an adhoc conference, or they dial for a meet me

While CUCM cannot do this natively, there are partner ecosystem applications that can. The one I'm aware of SynApps SA-Announce Auto Conference feature, though there are likely others in the marketplace.
