Conference dropped when the host leaves

I have a problem with conferences, when you make a conference, the conference is set, three active participants, everything works fine, but when the host leaves the conference, the call is dropped, this does not happen all the time, it happens randomly.

I have configured the parameter

*Drop Ad Hoc Conference = Never

*Im using CUCM version 8.6

any suggestions?

Once there are less than 3 parties in the conference the conference bridge will be released.  There seems to be a problem when CUCM is trying to connect the two remaining parties.  Does this only happen when there are only external parties leftover?

Yes this behavior happens with external parties.
