Conference Issues

Hello, 

I have a Voice gateway CISCO3925, two PVDM3 DSP 64 channels and 192 channels, my issue is that customer can only add 3 persons to a confernce.

Any idea what can the issue be?

You need to mention where those resources are registered.

this is registred to a cucm 8.6

Have you adjusted the service parameters for conference accordingly??

Yes i have all configured, the main issue is that not all phones are afected by this issue. and they are all the same device pool and region.

Have you checked your locations allows the call?? otherwise, you'll need to pull CUCM logs to find the root cause.

I would try the "maximum conference-participants" command on the gateway. Details in this thread:
