Hi !
I have two 7937 conference phone here, and when I plug them, the screens shows "Configuring IP" undefinitely. If I press the Application button and check the network settings, I can see that it grabbed its IP from the DHCP server properly ...
Any idea why both phones would stuck there ?
I've factory-reset the phones already.

Are they your only 7937? What vesion is your CCM? I imagine that you need to upload the firmware onto the CCM..

yeah, these are our first two 7937.
We are using CallManager Express 4.3
I have that configured:
tftp-server flash:apps37sccp.1-2-1-0.bin
and under telephony-service:
load 7937 apps37sccp.1-2-1-0
however, debug tftp events shows nothing when I plug the 7937
