Conference soft key says: "Key not active" when i press it??

Hi, I am using Cisco Callmanager 7

I have a problem with my phone not sure if its a fault with the device or user profile, whilst on a call, i select the conference soft key then on the screen it ssays: "key is not active" any assistance to help resovle this is grateful..

I have been advise to check that the number in the: Multiple Call / Call Waiting Setings..was set to 1 changed to 4 - resolved the issue...Thanks
