Conference Station 8831- Wireless Mics unpairing

Hi all, has anyone came across the wireless mics unpairing themselves? I can succesfully pair them but once in a while (almost once a week) they randomy unpair themselves, the only thing I can imagine to be happening here is that they store them in an office where they get out of reach from the main station and they place it in the conference room right before meetings. Would this have something to do? Has anyone experienced something similiar? Any help would be highly appreciated, thanks.

Hi Alfredo,

If the microphones work well for 7 days continuously then the basic performance paremeters are being met. To rule out any issue with the microphones being kept away outside the range of 8831, try keeping a single set of microphones close to the 8831 for 10 or more days and check if the issue is experienced. This will at least isolate where the issue lies.

Keeping microphones inside the range prevents them from unpairing, thanks.
