Conferencing Resource Question

Hello,

I am working with a client that do a lot of transfers using adhoc conferencing. They will be using G729 for their codec for all calls. The call center agent will receive a call, set up an adhoc conference with another user, and then drop off the call leaving the caller and other user connected. When the agent drops off the conference, will the conferencing resource be dropped and the caller and other user be directly connected or would the call still hairpin to that conference resource?

Once there are only 2 parties in an ad-hoc conference it turns into a P2P call and conference resources are no longer used.
