I need to connect two E1 cards back to back so all calls from CPE go out to the Service provider equipment

On the Service provider equipment they have set up the following

Controller e1 0/3/0

Ds0-group 15 time slots 1-31 type ext-sig

Framing no-CRC4

Clock source line

On the customer side I have the following

Controller E1 0/3/0

Framing NO-CRC4

Clock source internal

Ds0-group 15 timeslots 1-31 type none service mgcp

Is the above config correct? Do I need any additional config apart from the dial peers on the service provider equipment?

For this type of connection I am not sure why they are using CAS I assume we could use ISDN PRI by using pri-group timeslots and isdn protocol emulate command?

If using PRI is an option, you should use PRI and then configure one end to work as Network and the other end to work as User. I dont think u need to use ds0(CAS) in this situation.
