How to configure Auto Attendant on cue which is integrated with cme and how to configure the ring duration for the auto attendant?

I suggest you get come one who can do this for you. For you to use CUE you need to know how to script using the CUE script editor. Its a steep learning curve so if you need the solution immediately then you are better of getting someone to do it for you..

The other option is for you to use CCME B-ACD if you have CCME. Here is the documentation on how to configure this
