Configuration of MOH in CUBE

You need to have the route statement on the multicast line in telephony-service to get MOH to both internal and PSTN.

Below is an example

interface Loopback0

ip address 10.10.110.3 255.255.255.255

telephony-service

ip source-address 10.10.202.1 port 2000

moh music-on-hold.au

  multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port 16384 route 10.10.202.1 10.10.110.3

The second address in the route is a loopback IP, that is used to get the MOH to the PSTN caller. This is only used local to the VGW, ie it doesn't need to be routed in the network.

Apart from this you also need to have at least on ephone-DN and ephone defined under telephony-service to get MOH to work.
