Hi,
i have a problem with "Enable Extension Mobility" in CUCM.
Without any reason the "V" in the check box of "Enable Extension Mobility" on a few phone were gone and anyone didn't change or remove that "V" for sure.
In addition' in a few phones the "subscribe/Unsubscribe Service" were lost too.
there is any reason for that?
Please advise.
(CUCM VER 8.0)

You can try going through the Audit logs to see if anyone made those changes as I have never heard of this behavior on its own. The audit logs are not easy to review, though they would be the only way to get to the root cause.
