I have Cisco Call manger Express 8.0 .
i need to setup a Dummy number 0800XXXXX in CME.
whenever any user will call this number , that call should be answered by a person in the office.
If this is possible, can anyone tell me the procedure of doing the same .

Configure Ephone-dn with the desired number. and Assign this dn to ephone of the person who will answer the call.

Not sure if you can define an ephone-dn that covers a range. You can build a translation rule that translates the range into a specific number that is assigned to the person you want the calls to go to, here is an example:
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /^0800...../ /5555/
voice translation-profile Block
translate called 1
and then assign this profile under telephony-service. You may also be able to use num-exp if you like.
