Hi i have a new 8821 wireless phone . i want to configure it i'm using CUCE version 8.6

you would need to associate and authenticate the phone onto your wireless network for this. use this URL:

I am assuming you have cucm 8.6?
according to the compatibility matrix, 8.6 does not support that type of phone unfortunately
