Hi

I can configure phones that support the directed call park Busy Lamp Field (BLF) to monitor the busy/idle status of specific directed call park numbers.

a)I have added the phone button with Call Park BLF .

b)Now I want to add the direcct Call Park number to monitor

c)I have created a Direct Call park number (Dcall park no-201)

d)Now when I am clicking the Add a new BLF Directed Call Park  from phone configuration button menu,I am unable to complete the step.

Please find the attached document of screed.

Please guide me how to solve the issue.

Regards

Debabrata

There's not a lot you can do in that page, besides using the drop down to choose the directed call park DN you configured, and add a label.

You should see "DN in partition" according to what you configured.

If there's nothing in the drop down, that means there are no directed call park DNs, OR, that you're using wildcards in them (For this to work, it has to be a DN: 4000 will work, 400X will NOT work)
