Configure Busy Lamp in Third-Party SIP Endpoints

I have Mitell ip phone 5212 and i registered it in CUCM 8 with third-party sip , but CUCM doesn't have any button template feature for busy lamp (BLF) for third-party sip ?

Does anyone have any suggestion ?

Third party phones may not support CUCM features.
