configure cisco jabber for windows on cme for a user who has already ip cisco phone configured on his desk

how to configure Cisco jabber for windows or android or iPhone for a client how has already have ip Cisco phone already configured for him under his name on his desk

so can i mirror his ip phone information on Cisco jabber to be the same info for both so he can use ip phone Cisco or Cisco jabber on windows or iPhone

any update regarding me issue 

i have cisco phone already configured for a user , i need to configure for him cisco jabber (windows - iphone - android)

with transfer same configuration of the phone on the application so he can user both 

(replicate the ip cisco phone configurations to cisco jabber )

the question is can i use ip cisco phone and cisco jabber for the same user with same configuration 

so he can use ip cisco phone it self when he is in office and when he is out side he can make his calls from cisco jabber with same configurations  suing any vpn software or something ?

how can i configure phone with software for same user at same information (its like replicate same configuration for both ?

Have you tried to use the same DN on both device types (IP Phone and Android/iPhone)?

it should be working without a problem, do you receive any kind of error?

i choose different type of options but show me errors ?

certificate not valid if i choose cisco im and presence  and put the tftp login server x.x.x.x

Hello,

In order to use phone only services (and avoid error that have to do with IM and Presence Service), try to configure under voice register global the command "phone-mode phone-only"
