Configure Conference Now, doesnt hear anything

Hi,

I configured Conference Now on CUCM 11 by this guide:

After that I called the IVR DID from PSTN, I see the incoming call on gateway, my phones shows connect, but I hear nothing! No announcement or tone or someone else.

The IVR are in the same location and devicepool like all other devices and gateways.Theres is only one media resource group which containing all resources.

The CUCM 11 ist 11.0.1 publisher and subscriber with latest localization pack installed.

Have somebody an idea or hint to resolve?

What happen if you try to call internally?? Does it work then

No,also nothing to hear. The phone shows connect, but no tone or announcement.The IVR DID is in the same Partition like all other phones.

You mentioned localization, does this work if you use english?
